BARRE CLASSIC

Barre Classic is our original 60 minute class that emphasizes the foundations of the Barre Technique (combining the best elements of ballet, pilates, strength and flexibility training); with a strong focus on postural strength, alignment, breath, and muscle activation while harnessing the mind-body connection. This foundational class offers a more basic approach to our Barre Fitness classes, challenging one body part at a time. The classes are choreographed to upbeat music in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Open to all levels and ideal for beginners.

BARRE FITNESS

Barre Fitness is a 60 minute class combining the best elements of ballet, pilates, strength and flexibility training using weights, a ballet barre, and other optional equipment. This total body conditioning technique has been developed to create an effective, low impact yet high intensity workout that focuses on proper form, alignment, and mind-body connection. The classes are choreographed to the hottest music in a fun, inclusive and supportive environment. Open to all levels.

BARRE XPRESS

Barre Xpress is a 45 minute version of our popular and invigorating Barre Fitness workout… for people on the go! It combines the best elements of ballet, pilates, strength and flexibility training using weights, a ballet barre, and other optional equipment. The classes are choreographed to the hottest music in a fun, inclusive and supportive environment. Open to all levels.

BARRE FLOW

Barre Flow is a revitalizing 60 minute class using resistance bands. This total body conditioning class is a combination of dynamic strength work (using resistance) and active stretching techniques, paired with a deep focus on elongation and breath, and the mind-body connection. Open to all levels.

BARRE YOGA

Barre Yoga is a fun, dynamic 60 minute fusion class for those looking for an invigorating total body workout that combines yoga poses with barre exercises; toning and stretching your muscles and improving your balance, while calming the mind. Open to all levels.

BARRE STEP

Barre Step is a fun, uplifting 60 minute cardio class combining an aerobic step workout with the Barre Fitness moves you love so much! Prepare to sweat and build strength, all while having a great workout! The classes are choreographed to the hottest music in a fun, supportive and high-energy environment. Open to all levels.

BARRE CARDIO

Barre Cardio is a fun, invigorating 60 minute fitness class combining rhythmic cardio moves with the Barre Fitness workout you love so much! Prepare to sweat and move in this total body workout! The classes are choreographed to the hottest music in a fun, supportive and high-energy environment. Open to all levels.

BARRE BOXING

Barre Boxing is a 60 minute, low impact, high energy fitness class combining cardio kickboxing with the strength and toning of a Barre Fitness workout! Prepare to punch, kick, and plié in this total body workout - using boxing and kickboxing techniques. The class is set to the hottest music in a fun, supportive and high-energy environment. Open to all levels.

MAT PILATES

This 60 minute Mat Pilates class is designed to improve core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness. Suitable for all fitness levels, the session focuses on controlled movements, mindful breathing, and proper alignment to enhance strength and stability. Open to all levels.

RELAXING DEEP STRETCH (YIN YOGA)

Quiet the mind and still the body with gentle, restorative stretches in this deeply relaxing 60 minute Yin Yoga class that focuses on breath and relaxation, and the incorporation of essential oils.
